What is EduRole?
EduRole is a comprehensive Education Management Information System (EMIS) built by Corelink Consulting. It runs the daily operations of schools, colleges and universities — admissions, finance, exams, HR, eLearning and analytics — and is trusted by 57+ institutions across Zambia, Zimbabwe and the Netherlands.
What's the difference between EduRole Campus, School and EMIS?
EduRole Campus is the full EMIS suite for a single university or college (125+ modules). EduRole School is a cloud SaaS for individual primary and secondary schools. EduRole EMIS is the national-scale platform that lets a regulator or ministry manage an entire sector — such as TEVET or a Ministry of Education — across many institutions from one portal.
Can EduRole be hosted on-premise, or only in the cloud?
Both. EduRole Campus and EMIS can be cloud-hosted on our secure infrastructure or installed on your own servers for full data sovereignty. EduRole School is delivered as a cloud SaaS. EduRole has a small footprint and runs well on modest hardware and in low-bandwidth environments.
Which systems does EduRole integrate with?
EduRole integrates with Sage, Microsoft Navision, Moodle LMS, the Koha library system, LDAP / Active Directory single sign-on, Google Workspace, bank payment APIs and national financial management systems.
Does EduRole include eLearning, and can lecturers build courses with AI?
Yes. EduRole Campus ships with an inbuilt eLearning environment and a digital eLibrary, plus an inbuilt, self-hosted AI model that lets lecturers dynamically build eLearning courses from their own notes, slides and past papers — with all data staying on the institution's own infrastructure.
